How we make 'em

1. Design Photographs or sketches of subject from all sides especially head and face is preferred. Pictures and/or drawings of clothing, uniform, props or any other special features to emphasize. Please also provide a detailed description of the overall appearance of the Bobblehead, size, pose, PMS colors, props, base design, text, logos, etc. All photos and artwork can be emailed in .jpg format, although we do accept Illustrator files for company logos.
If you are planning something from scratch, ACME Promos can help you sketch something out. After a few ideas are roughed out in pencil, a final color version is produced for your approval.

2. Sculpting Once you’ve designed your masterpiece, it goes in the hands of true artistic sculptors. A clay or wax sculpture is created by hand. Digital images from all sides are then provided for your review. Changes are made at this stage until you are satisfied with the overall design.

3. Painting/Decoration A polyresin sample is then cast from the sculpture and hand painted and decorated for the last approval process. Any decals that were required are also applied for your inspection. Digital pictures are then emailed again for your review.

4. Production/Shipping After the final approval, your order is produced and shipped. Once we send out your design, average delivery time is 90 days.
