PVC on Felt Appliqué

This process is a micro injection PVC on a Felt Appliqué which is then sewn into place. This process allows for highly detailed artwork to be perfectly reproduced where normal embroidery is not possible. The felt backing is available in many standard colors and the PVC utilizes PMS colors. The appliqués can be produced in any shape and size and can be positioned anywhere on the cap.
